relating to human services; reimbursing the health care access fund for past
transfers and appropriations related to expansions of medical assistance eligibility.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin TRANSFER FROM GENERAL FUND TO HEALTH CARE ACCESS
FUND.

$459,505,000 in fiscal year 2015 is transferred from the general fund to the health
care access fund to reimburse the health care access fund for transfers and appropriations
related to the expansion of medical assistance eligibility for adults without children and
for children.
