  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to professions; providing that a pharmacist 
  1.3             must not be disciplined for refusing to dispense 
  1.4             certain drugs for moral or religious reasons; 
  1.5             proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, 
  1.6             chapter 151. 
  1.7   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.8      Section 1.  [151.062] [REFUSAL OF PHARMACIST TO DISPENSE 
  1.9   CERTAIN DRUGS.] 
  1.10     The board must not discipline a pharmacist for refusing to 
  1.11  dispense, or assist a patient in obtaining, a prescription whose 
  1.12  use the pharmacist opposes for moral or religious reasons.
