  1.6      Section 1.  [FACILITIES GRANT; PARK RAPIDS.] 
  1.7      $....... is appropriated in fiscal year 2001 from the 
  1.8   general fund to the commissioner of children, families, and 
  1.9   learning for a grant to independent school district No. 309, 
  1.10  Park Rapids, for an elementary school facility building project.
