  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to human services; appropriating money for 
  1.3             Project Turnabout. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      Subdivision 1.  [PROJECT TURNABOUT.] $900,000 is 
  1.7   appropriated to the commissioner of human services from the 
  1.8   general fund to be used for Project Turnabout in Granite Falls. 
  1.9      Subd. 2.  [LOCAL MATCH.] There must be a local match before 
  1.10  money appropriated is released by the commissioner to Project 
  1.11  Turnabout.  The facility shall receive state funds equal to the 
  1.12  amount of local matching funds received.
