BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$14,350,000 in fiscal year 2009 is appropriated from the general fund to the
commissioner of administration for the land management information center to acquire
and distribute high-resolution digital elevation data for the whole state.
