  1.3             against certain medical supplies and equipment 
  1.4             providers; proposing coding for new law in Minnesota 
  1.5             Statutes, chapter 62Q. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [62Q.091] [NONDISCRIMINATION AGAINST MEDICAL 
  1.8   SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT PROVIDER IN GEOGRAPHIC COVERAGE AREA.] 
  1.9      A health plan company shall not discriminate against any 
  1.10  medical supplies and equipment provider who is located within 
  1.11  the geographic coverage area of the health plan and who is 
  1.12  willing to meet the terms and conditions for participation 
  1.13  established by the health plan company, including the Minnesota 
  1.14  state Medicaid program and Medicaid partnerships.
