relating to education; increasing funding for Head Start programs to fully fund
waiting lists; appropriating money; amending Laws 2015, First Special Session
chapter 3, article 9, section 8, subdivision 4.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Laws 2015, First Special Session chapter 3, article 9, section 8, subdivision
4, is amended to read:
Subd. 4.
Head Start program.
For Head Start programs under Minnesota Statutes,
section 119A.52:
