relating to clean water; creating ground fuel storage grants; appropriating money.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin ABOVE GROUND FUEL STORAGE GRANTS.

$1,000,000 in fiscal year 2010 is appropriated from the clean water fund to the
commissioner of commerce for a program to provide grants for the installation of above
ground fuel storage at public and private locations, provided that these grants must be
reserved for areas of the state that are geologically known as "karst" areas.
