BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

of finance for a grant to the city of Duluth to pay all outstanding debt and other obligations
or liabilities related to the Lake Superior Center, also known as the Great Lakes Aquarium.
