relating to water quality; appropriating money for a grant to Minneola Township
for water quality and flood control structures.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$380,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2010 from the clean water fund under
Minnesota Statutes, section 114D.50, to the Public Facilities Authority for a grant to
Minneola Township to develop structures for flood control and water quality.
