  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to appropriations; appropriating money for 
  1.3             clean water partnership grants. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [POLLUTION CONTROL AGENCY APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $2,850,000 in fiscal year 2002 and $2,850,000 in fiscal 
  1.7   year 2003 are appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.8   commissioner of the pollution control agency for clean water 
  1.9   partnership grants.
