  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to highways; designating All Veterans 
  1.3             Memorial Drive; amending Minnesota Statutes 1998, 
  1.4             section 161.14, by adding a subdivision. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 1998, section 161.14, is 
  1.7   amended by adding a subdivision to read: 
  1.8      Subd. 44.  [ALL VETERANS MEMORIAL DRIVE.] Those portions of 
  1.9   marked trunk highway No. 59 from its intersection with Otter 
  1.10  Tail county highway No. 3 to its intersection with Otter Tail 
  1.11  county highway No. 4, and between its intersections with Otter 
  1.12  Tail county highway No. 82, are designated "All Veterans 
  1.13  Memorial Drive."  The commissioner shall adopt a suitable 
  1.14  marking design to mark this highway and erect appropriate signs, 
  1.15  subject to the provisions of section 161.139.
