relating to employment; appropriating money for the Minnesota youth program.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

$3,500,000 is appropriated for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2010, and $10,000,000
is appropriated for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2011, from the workforce development
fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for the Minnesota
youth program under Minnesota Statutes, sections 116L.56 and 116L.561.
