  1.1                          A bill for an act
  1.2             relating to agriculture; limiting entry into 
  1.3             facilities in which confined farm animals are kept; 
  1.4             proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, 
  1.5             chapter 17. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1. [17.986] [ENTRY INTO FARM ANIMAL FACILITIES.] 
  1.8      No conservation officer may enter a facility where confined 
  1.9   farm animals are kept unless the conservation officer follows a 
  1.10  procedure and directive for bio-security measures that are 
  1.11  identified by the commissioner of natural resources and the 
  1.12  board of animal health.
