  1.2             relating to the city of Parkers Prairie; appropriating 
  1.3             money for damage caused by an explosion. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [PARKERS PRAIRIE; EXPLOSION DAMAGE GRANT.] 
  1.6      $1,400,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.7   commissioner of public safety for a grant to the city of Parkers 
  1.8   Prairie for repair of damage, and related costs, caused by the 
  1.9   propane explosion in April 1995. 
  1.10     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.11     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
