  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION; PERHAM BUSINESS TECHNOLOGY 
  1.6   CENTER.] 
  1.7      $100,000 is appropriated to the commissioner of trade and 
  1.8   economic development from the general fund for fiscal year 2000 
  1.9   for a grant to Perham Business Technology Center to equip the 
  1.10  training center with interactive television and for program 
  1.11  funds to implement the business plan.
