 relating to public safety; appropriating money to Mower County for the alternatives
to incarceration program.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin ALTERNATIVES TO INCARCERATION PILOT PROGRAM;
APPROPRIATION.
