  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to human services; establishing rent and 
  1.3             utilities vouchers for some TANF recipients; proposing 
  1.4             coding for new law as Minnesota Statutes, chapter 256J.
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [256J.50] [TANF RENT AND UTILITIES VOUCHER.] 
  1.7      For a recipient receiving assistance under the temporary 
  1.8   assistance for needy families (TANF) program who delivers a 
  1.9   child born at least ten months after the recipient begins 
  1.10  receiving TANF assistance, benefits under this section shall be 
  1.11  voucher paid for rent and utilities.
