 relating to water; removing sunset of Legislative Water Commission; repealing
Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 3.886, subdivision 6.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. REPEALER.

Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 3.886, subdivision 6, is repealed.

EFFECTIVE DATE.

This section is effective the day following final enactment.

3.886 LEGISLATIVE WATER COMMISSION.

Subd. 6.

Expiration.

This section expires July 1, 2019.
