A bill for an act
 relating to cultural heritage; appropriating money to preserve the Todd County
Historic Court House; amending Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 297A.71, by
adding a subdivision.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 297A.71, is amended by adding a
subdivision to read:

and supplies used for the renovation and preservation of the Todd County Historic Court
House are exempt.

Sec. 2. new text begin APPROPRIATION; TODD COUNTY HISTORIC COURT HOUSE.

new text begin $110,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2012 from the arts and cultural heritage fund
to Todd County for the purchase of materials, equipment, supplies, and services necessary
to renovate and preserve the Todd County Historic Court House.
