relating to clean water; appropriating money for baseline water quality
monitoring.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$....... in fiscal year 2014 is appropriated from the clean water fund to the
commissioner of the Pollution Control Agency to monitor water quality in watersheds
included in the agricultural water quality certification program in order to develop baseline
water quality information.
