 relating to transportation; appropriating money for road reconstruction in
Nicollet County.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION FOR ROAD RECONSTRUCTION, NICOLLET
COUNTY.

new text begin $2,600,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of
transportation to be disbursed and expended for stage I reconstruction on County
State-Aid Highway (CSAH) 5 from its intersection with Trunk Highway signed 111 to
its intersection with CSAH 13 in Nicollet County. This appropriation is available until
expended and does not lapse.
