  1.3             of a community-based school facility in St. Paul; 
  1.4             appropriating money. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $....... is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.8   department of children, families, and learning for a grant to 
  1.9   independent school district No. 625, St. Paul, for the purpose 
  1.10  of designing, constructing, and equipping a community-based 
  1.11  school facility within the district.
