A bill for an act
relating to health licensing; making the medical faculty license permanent;
appropriating money; repealing Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 147.0375,
subdivision 7.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$1,000 in fiscal year 2018 and $1,000 in fiscal year 2019 are appropriated from the state
government special revenue fund to the Board of Medical Practice for licensing activities
under Minnesota Statutes, section 147.0375.
