  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $....... is appropriated for the biennium ending June 30, 
  1.7   2003, to the commissioner of trade and economic development for 
  1.8   a grant to the Mississippi river parkway commission to support 
  1.9   the increased promotion of tourism and economic development 
  1.10  along the Great River Road.
