1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. Laws 2005, First Special Session chapter 5, article 9, section 4, subdivision
1.72, is amended to read:
1.8 Subd. 2. Adult basic education aid. For adult basic education aid under Minnesota
1.9Statutes:
1.13 The 2006 appropriation includes $5,707,000 for 2005 and $30,811,000 for 2006.
1.14 The 2007 appropriation includes$5,737,000 $3,654,000 for 2006 and $30,803,000
1.15$33,832,000 for 2007.
1.16EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.
