  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to human services; appropriating money. 
  1.3   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.4      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.5      $80,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.6   commissioner of human services for a grant to the Goodhue and 
  1.7   Wabasha public health service board to be used for the 
  1.8   development and start-up operational costs for a joint purchaser 
  1.9   demonstration project described in Laws 1995, chapter 207, 
  1.10  article 6, section 119, in Goodhue and Wabasha counties.
