  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [RIVER BANK RESTORATION; GRANITE FALLS.] 
  1.7      $....... in fiscal year 1998 is appropriated from the 
  1.8   general fund to the city of Granite Falls for restoration of the 
  1.9   banks of the Minnesota river within the city limits.
