A bill for an act
 relating to motor vehicles; changing effective date authorizing permit for special
paper products vehicle; amending Laws 2005, First Special Session chapter
1, article 4, section 39.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Laws 2005, First Special Session chapter 1, article 4, section 39, the
effective date, is amended to read:

date on which the commissioner determines that building permits have been issued for the
