  1.2             relating to education; encouraging the leading of 
  1.3             recitation of the pledge of allegiance in grades 
  1.4             kindergarten through 12; proposing coding for new law 
  1.5             in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 126. 
  1.6   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.7      Section 1.  [126.141] [PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE.] 
  1.8      All school districts are strongly encouraged to lead 
  1.9   willing students in grades kindergarten through 12 in reciting 
  1.10  the pledge of allegiance at least once a week.
