A bill for an act
 relating to education finance; appropriating money for full-service community
schools.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. APPROPRIATION.

Subdivision 1.

Department of Education.

The sums indicated in this section are
appropriated from the general fund to the Department of Education in the fiscal years
designated.

Subd. 2.

Full-service community schools.

(a) For comprehensive program support for
full-service community schools:

(b) Of this amount, priority must be given to programs in the following order:

(1) current grant recipients issued under Minnesota Statutes, section 124D.231;

(2) schools identified as low-performing under the Federal Every Student Succeeds Act;
and

(3) any other applicants.
