Establishing and authorizing a ground water (groundwater) monitoring charge
(fee) per gallon of ground water used in Anoka, Carver, Chisago, Dakota,
Hennepin, Isanti, Ramsey, Scott, Sherburne, Washington and Wright counties;
requiring collected revenue to be credited to an account in the natural
resources fund and to be used for installation and rehabilitation of ground
water (groundwater) level monitoring equipment in wells
