visitation orders replacement by parenting plans, the availability of certain
transportation appropriations, 1999 sales tax rebate eligibility, the definition
of net income for income tax purposes, low income housing aid eligibility and
standing appropriation, residential mortgage loan rates and charges, the
effective dates for Minneapolis police and firefighters relief associations city
