Making miscellaneous technical corrections and removing obsolete and redundant references to statutes and other laws relating to the review of heating and cooling systems in state funded buildings, registered combined charitable organizations, cap on organizational expenses for new banks, discrimination in automobile insurance, developmental achievement centers, education referendums by mail, tobacco use prevention and local public health endowment fund, Ramsey Health Care, Inc., board of physical therapy, greenhouse gas emissions, presumptive and mandatory sentences for repeat sex offenders, commissioner of human services powers and duties, alternatives to nursing facility voluntary closure, child abuse, the commissioner of revenue, forfeited lands in targeted neighborhoods, consolidated corporation creation, criminal penalties for certain corporate acts, contractor recovery fund, Duluth and St. Paul teachers retirement fund associations, guardians and conservators, the federal service members civil relief act, disposal of diseased animals, consumer advisory board, housing authority, advisory council definition, liquor sales tax, county morgue costs, new airport planning, baseball park preliminary planning, 1991 district court terms, probate record retention, annexation time limit, limited liability companies, teacher retirement and child welfare policy and to a current provision relating to proceeds from various mining companies distribution to applicable school districts

Replacing the term water pollution control revolving fund with clean water
revolving fund

ARTICLE 4 -COLLATERAL SANCTION CROSS-REFERENCES

Updating provisions relating to child abuse, individual collector registration, medical assistance and DWI vehicle forfeiture

ARTICLE 5 - PUBLICATION CORRECTION

Correcting certain prior appropriations to the commissioner of human services for child care services grants, the early childhood professional development system and long term homelessness
