conditions; authorizing peddle bars; permitting farm wineries to provide samples
of distilled spirits on farm winery premises under certain conditions;
authorizing farm wineries to manufacture distilled spirits (cognac and brandy)
under certain conditions; making certain technical corrections to state fair
liquor provisions; authorizing the city of Minneapolis to issue an on-sale
intoxicating liquor license to a restaurant on Willow street south, local
approval requirement; authorizing holders of an on-sale liquor license or malt
liquor license located within a city or township in the metropolitan area to
allow a later closing time during the 2008 republican national convention,
sunset provision
