Appropriating money and authorizing and providing for the issuance of state
bonds to acquire and to better public land and buildings and other public
improvements of a capital nature with certain conditions; appropriating money to
the commissioner of administration for the Perpich center for arts education for
dormitory upgrades and asset preservation, to the commissioner of children,
families and learning for metropolitan magnet schools, for shelving for the
library for the blind and for the maximum effort school loan program and to the
commissioner of administration for the Minnesota state academies for the deaf
and blind for asset preservation and for mold abatement and renovation of the
west wing of Noyes hall; cancelling certain prior appropriations for the
southwest metropolitan integration magnet school in Edina and for the Detroit
Lakes community center and reducing a certain bond sale authorization
