flexible fuel vehicles; establishing the plug in hybrid electric vehicle (PHEV)
task force; requiring the public utilities commission (PUC) to open a
proceedings to investigate how utilities can best develop the infrastructure to
connect plug in hybrid electric vehicles to the electrical grid; requiring the
PUC to contract with a firm selected by the commissioner of commerce for an
independent study of PHEV and utility economics
