support search and rescue operations, authorizing the use of trained forestry
wildfire fighting resources at the request of an emergency response agency and
providing for funding; requiring the superintendent of the bureau of criminal
apprehension (BCA) and the commissioner to develop by a certain date criteria
for determining the types of search and rescue operations allowed to be
supported and report to the legislature (ra, ja)
