nursing home administrators to the board of examiners for long-term care
administrators, modifying membership and requiring a certain percentage to
reside outside of metropolitan area; requiring the board to develop and enforce
standards for licensing assisted living administrators, specifying criteria,
continuing education requirements and fees, providing a penalty; appropriating
money to the board of examiners for long-term care administrators; specifying
instructions to the revisor of statutes
