E Relating to sex offenders; expanding level I predatory offender community
notice requirements of law enforcement agencies to adult members of the
immediate household of the offender, defining immediate household; authorizing
city councils to adopt policies addressing the disclosure of community
notification information in foreign languages; expanding consideration
requirements of agencies responsible for supervising the location of level III
sex offenders to proximity to schools for concentration mitigation purposes;
prohibiting hotel, motel, lodging establishment or apartment building owners or
managers with agreements to provide shelter for domestic abuse victims to
knowingly rent rooms to both level III offenders and domestic abuse victims at
the same time; increasing the conditional release period for offenders with a
previous sex offense conviction; increasing the penalties for certain persons
committing the crimes of harassment or stalking against minor victims with
sexual or aggressive intent and for certain offenders with previous qualified
domestic violence related offense convictions and expanding the definition of
pattern of harassing conduct to include criminal sexual conduct and attempts to
violate the provisions; increasing the penalty for failure to report certain
known multiple child physical or sexual abuse violations by a perpetrator not
related to the children; requiring the commissioner of corrections to report to
the legislature by a certain date on certain issues relating to location in the
community of level III sex offenders, specifying certain consultation
