Prohibiting civil actions against food manufacturers, sellers or +trade
associations to recover damages or obtain injunctive relief for +alleged injury
resulting from the consumption of food and weight gain, obesity or +associated
health conditions, excepting manufacturers or sellers knowingly and +willfully
violating state law applicable to the manufacturing, marketing, +distribution,
advertisement, labeling or sale of the food proximately causing +injury relating
to weight gain, obesity or associated health conditions or actions +for breach
of express contract or warranty in connection with the purchase of +food;
