pilot project for eligible TANF (temporary assistance for needy +families)
parents for counties to offer financial assistance to parents to +attend
post-secondary educational institutions; requiring the commissioner +to develop
minimum project and application requirements in consultation with +counties and
nonprofit social services agencies; requiring the coordination of +services with
county MFIP (Minnesota family investment program) case managers and +the
eligible project participants; defining eligible TANF parents; +specifying
county eligibility and providing for application; specifying a +minimum number
of hours of classes, study or employment for pilot project +participants;
