1E Providing for the settlement of various claims against the state;
appropriating money to the commissioner of corrections for certain injuries
suffered by and medical services provided to persons injured while performing
community service, sentence-to-service work or while incarcerated in a
correctional facility, to the commissioner of health for costs related to a
mistaken order to search an unsealed well on private property in Roseville and
to the commissioner of transportation (DOT) for costs related to restoring
certain land in Inver Grove Heights
