Establishing a town road sign replacement program to be administered +through
the department of transportation, specifying certain program +responsibilities;
specifying certain standards for the removal, replacement or +installation of
town road signs; authorizing the commissioner of DOT to condition +participation
in the program on certain conditions; appropriating money to the +commissioner
to administer the program, to satisfy local matching requirements for+ the
receipt of federal funds and to establish a pilot program in +consultation with
the Minnesota association of townships(ra)
