or treatments; modifying provisions for prescribing and filling drugs; modifying
the definition of practitioner; requiring a physical examination of the patient
by a physician for certain drugs; prohibiting the exclusion of designated family
members, caregivers or other individuals from handling legend drugs for the
purpose of assisting the person in obtaining or administering the drug;
modifying provisions relating to county return of unused drugs or medical
devices; modifying certain provisions relating to the schedule II and III
controlled
substances prescription electronic reporting system; providing for
the treatment of intractable pain; extending the deadline for creation of the
electronic system by the board of pharmacy; modifying the composition of the
advisory committee; modifying certain dispenser data reporting requirements;
extending the date for pharmacy board evaluation submission report to the
legislature; repealing certain oral contraceptive dispensing protocol
