E Authorizing the installation of certain warrantied individual sewage treatment
systems (ISTS septic tanks), requiring certain documentation from the
manufacturer and requiring manufacturer reimbursement to the pollution control
agency for submitted information review services; requiring the manufacturer to
provide reasonable assurance of performance and certain monitoring and
mitigation plans to local government units; authorizing the commissioner of the
PCA to prohibit a system from qualifying for installation upon a finding of
fraud, system failure or failure to meet the requirements and warranty
conditions (ra, ja)
