Modifying certain duties of the maternal and child health advisory task force;
requiring the task force to periodically review measures used to define
variables of the funding distribution formula and make recommendations to the
commissioner of health for changes; providing for the distribution of certain
additional federal maternal and child health block grant money to community
health boards and eliminating a certain restriction on the use of block grant
money to decrease childhood mortality and morbidity; authorizing community
health boards to continue the funding of projects receiving funding before the
creation of the block grant(ra)
