defining arranged home care provider and specifying certain information
requirements; defining assisted living and assisted living client; requiring the
provision of information on assisted living and the legal rights of assisted
living clients; specifying certain duties of the commissioner relating to
failure of a housing with services establishment to comply with certain legal
requirements; specifying continuation of reimbursements under assisted living
service packages under certain conditions; requiring the commissioner to
establish an advisory committee for recommendations on the format of a uniform
consumer information guide for use by individual providers of assisted living
and requirements for informing assisted living clients of applicable legal
rights, specifying certain membership requirements; appropriating money to the
commissioner of health; revisor instructions; repealing a certain rule relating
to home care licensure
