classification purposes to the temporary assistance for needy +families (TANF)
and child care assistance programs; modifying certain +exceptions to welfare
data protection including the authority to disclose certain +data to the
department of revenue for administration and evaluation of tax +refund or
credit programs; classifying data collected, used or disseminated by+ the
welfare system relating to persons selected as legal nonlicensed +child care
