electronic, computerized or other accessible means of certain information on
predatory sex offenders failing to comply with registration requirements,
requiring notice to offenders by the court upon release and annually thereafter
by the BCA on anniversary verification forms and before disclosure of the
information; authorizing offenders complying with registration requirements
after information disclosure to request the BCA to treat the data as private,
providing for decision by the BCA; authorizing offender requests to the BCA for
correction of inaccurate or incomplete information, requiring correction upon a
finding by the BCA of inaccuracy or incompleteness (ra)
